After 12 months as a paying customer, the QR codes you've created up to that point never stop working. Your flyer, your packaging, your sign — they keep scanning, no matter what happens to your subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your QR codes are not deleted when you cancel. Codes within the Free plan stay active and editable. If you were a paying customer for at least 12 cumulative months, every code you created up to that point also stays scannable forever. Without those 12 months, additional codes are paused until you reactivate a suitable plan, but they aren't deleted either.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes! Save around 17% with annual billing compared to monthly payments.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Which payment methods are available – credit card, for example – depends on your country and is shown at checkout.
